Onsite Registrations
To register at the door, simply visit the registration desk within the Gaylord National Hotel and Conference facility during any of the following registration dates and times:
Sunday, August 9: 12:00pm- 4:00pm
Monday, August 10: 8:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday, August 11: 8:00am-6:00pm
Wednesday, August 12: 8:00am-4:00pm
You can register onsite using credit card, cash, or check.
Credit card and PayPal are accepted if you register online at HostingCon.com.
Where is the Registration Desk?
The registration desk is located on Level 2 of the Gaylord National Conference Center Conference facility in the Potomac Ballroom Foyer and just outside the keynote, general session, and lunch conference rooms. You will see signs directing you to the registration desk at multiple points throughout the Gaylord National Hotel and Conference Center facility.
HostingCon Show Schedule
For your convenience, you can download a PDF of the HostingCon show schedule. Download the show schedule to review the sessions and check mark the ones you want to attend!
The first educational track session starts on Monday at 9:00 am following the Morning Refreshments/Networking hour which starts at 8:00 am.
You will also receive a show guide during registration that contains the show schedule among other program details and exhibitor information.
Getting Around the Conference
The HostingCon event team will have signage throughout the Gaylord National Hotel and Conference Center facility to help get you where you need to be on time and on schedule. The conference occurs across three floors. Escalators and elevators are available across each floor. The show guide and signage will point you in the right direction.
Exhibit Hall Hours
The exhibit hall is open at the following times:
Tuesday, August 11: 10:30am – 6:00pm
Wednesday, August 12: 10:30am – 4:00pm
Upgrading Your Registration Plan
We have had a number of people already decide to upgrade their registration plan from exhibits only to full conference. If you want to upgrade your registration plan, you can do so at the registration desk. The registration desk will be staffed during the hours listed above.
