HOSTINGCON 2008 PRESS REGISTRATION

Welcome to the HostingCon 2008 Press and Analyst Registration!

HostingCon 2008 is open to professionals in the hosting industry and is not open to the general public. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to attend the conference.

PRESS/ANALYST REGISTRATION:

Press/Analyst Registration - As a working member of the press or analyst community, you will have access to the following areas at HostingCon 2008:
  • Access to all keynotes, conference sessions, vendor sessions, and the exhibit hall

To qualify for press credentials, you must:

  • be affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized media outlet and;
  • hold an editorial title or;
  • hold a position as an industry analyst

To obtain your press credentials at the show, you must present either:

  • a business card, or
  • copy of masthead showing name and title, or
  • letter from editor or publisher assigning bearer to cover HostingCon 2008

You do not qualify for press credentials if you are:

  • a publisher
  • a sales rep
  • any other non-editorial personnel

Cancellations and Substitutions:
If you must cancel your registration for any reason, notify our Registration Department by fax: +1 630 518-4098 or email registrations@hostingcon.com by June 20, 2008, for a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given after June 20, 2008. You may transfer your registration at no charge to another person at any time by providing written authorization via one of our contact methods.
