CONFERENCE LUNCHEON TOPIC TABLE SPONSORSHIP

This is a wonderful opportunity to set the topic of discussion at one (or more) of the luncheon tables at Monday's luncheon. In addition to picking the topic of your choice your logo will be printed on the table sign with the topic.

ROOFTOP BARBECUE SPONSORSHIP

Your company name and logo on the official conference bags will be carried throughout the show and after. Produce high-quality tote bags or backpacks to be given to every full and single day conference attendee upon registration. The bags will be filled with important show information, sponsored items and inserted marketing materials. The bags can display your company or product logo in addition to the HostingCon 2007 logo.

EXHIBIT HALL BAGS

Your company name and logo on the plastic exhibit hall bags available to all attendees for use in the exhibit hall. The bag must display your company logo along with the show logo.

CONFERENCE NOTEPADS

CONFERENCE BAG INSERT

It's in the bag! Distribute your advertising material or product demo directly into the conference bag of every conference attendee.

Price per insert. Flyers, brochures, or CD/DVD-ROMs are acceptable insert items. If you wish to insert a different type of item, please contact us for approval.

PRESENTATION THEATRE 30 MINUTE SESSION

Give attendees an opportunity to see your product or service in action with a 30 minute demo in the Presentation Theatre, located in the exhibit hall. Session times are limited, so be sure to get your slot soon!

Ten time slots available. Modest A/V and projector/screen will be provided.

WIRELESS ACCESS AND EMAIL ACCESS CENTER

This incredible sponsorship opportunity gives you the ability to brand the Email Access Center and Wi-Fi Hotspot. On site signage provided by HostingCon will denote your company as the sponsor. In addition, HostingCon will brand the Email Access Center PCs with wallpaper and screen saver of your choice.

AISLE SIGNS

Take advantage of this unique opportunity to reinforce your brand every time an attendee walks down an exhibit hall aisle. Place your logo on the aisle signs on the carpet at the front of each aisle.

$500 per aisle, $3500 for all eight aisles. (100, 200, 700, and 800 aisles left)

BADGE HOLDER INSERTS

Make sure your name gets seen by everyone at HostingCon 2007! You will be responsible for creating and printing the insert and can design it to showcase your brand or drive traffic to your booth.

INTERSTITIAL ADVERTISEMENTS ON HOSTINGCON INFORMATION NETWORK

Get the attention of attendees with a 10-20 second flash advertisement on the informational screens available at the show. Attendees will be viewing these screens to see which sessions and activities are coming up next.

Sponsor will provide the flash file(s). Advertisement will be placed in rotation.

LOBBY DISTRIBUTION

Place your staff in the high traffic registration/exhibit hall lobby area to distribute your company's advertising materials, product demo or giveaway item to attendees.

$1500 for one day, $2500 for two days. Sponsor provides staff and distribution materials.

PROMOTIONAL BILLBOARD (7' X 3')

Create one or more free-standing billboards to promote your booth attractions and products. These seven-foot signs will be strategically placed in high-traffic areas such as registration, the exhibit hall lobby and busy hallways.

EXHIBITOR LIST LOGO

Catch the eye of attendees as they review who is exhibiting! Add your logo to your entry in the exhibitor list both online at hostingcon.com and in our printed conference guide.

ATTENDEE MAILING LIST RENTAL

Contact past and current HostingCon attendees to promote your participation in the event, set up meetings and promote your brand message. Attendee Mailing List includes attendees from the previous two HostingCon events plus attendees registered for the upcoming event. All mailings must be sent through a bonded third-party mailing house. Pre-show mailings must be mailed by June 18, 2007. Post-show mailings must be completed by August 31, 2007.

Sponsor responsible for printing costs, mailhouse charges and postage for mailing.

ATTENDEE EMAIL BLAST

Send a targetted email to attendees and prospective attendees of HostingCon before the show. Promote your presence at the event and encourage people to come visit your booth! HostingCon will send the email on your behalf to our database of attendees who have selected to receive sponsor and exhibitor related emails.

Sponsor must provide content for the email, which will be sent by HostingCon on the sponsor's behalf.

BADGE MAILER SPONSORSHIP

Sponsor the mailing of attendee badges and get your message to each attendee as they open the envelope to get their badge. This is an unprecendented opportunity to get your brand and message front and center.
