Troy Augustine is President and CEO of iNET Interactive, a social media company operating some of the most prominent online communities for technology professionals and technology enthusiasts including WebHostingTalk.com and HotScripts.com. In this role, Troy oversees all business functions including sales, marketing, and business development. Since taking a leadership role in iNET just 18 months ago, the company’s revenues have doubled.

Prior to iNET Interactive, Troy served as the Vice President of Marketing for Tradec, an enterprise software company that was among the first to embrace a SaaS delivery model. Tradec’s investors included top-tier venture firms Kleiner Perkins and Norwest Venture Partners, and its clients included Dell, Juniper Networks, Brocade, and Jabil Circuit. The company was acquired by Agile Software (NASDAQ: AGIL) in 2003.

Troy holds an MBA and a masters degree in engineering from Stanford University. He also holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Kansas.

Mr. Stibel currently serves as President and a member of the Board of Directors of Web.com and joined the company through the merger with Website Pros in September 2007. Prior to the merger, he was President and CEO of Web.com (formerly Interland) since August 2005. Mr. Stibel was part of the founding management team at United Online (NASDAQ: UNTD), a technology company that owns and operates leading web services, including NetZero, Juno, and Classmates.com. Prior to United Online, Mr. Stibel was founder, Chairman and CEO of Simpli.com, a search and marketing technology company currently owned by ValueClick (NASDAQ: VCLK). He serves on the board of directors for Web.com, Autobytel (NASDAQ: ABTL) and several private companies, including The Search Agency and EdgeCast. He also serves on the Board of Brown University's Entrepreneurship Program and Tufts University's Gordon Center for Leadership. Mr. Stibel has authored numerous academic and trade articles on a variety of subjects and is the named inventor on the US patent for search engine interfaces. He received a Master's degree from Brown University and studied business and brain science at MIT's Sloan School of Management and at Brown University, where he was a Brain and Behavior Fellow.

Derek Vaughan

Derek Vaughan has been actively marketing on the Internet since 1995. His extensive online marketing experience includes the online direct marketing of books for $300 million per year NYSE traded book publisher Thomas Nelson. Mr. Vaughan also marketed products online at the Walt Disney Company as the online marketing manager of ecommerce for ESPN.com. He was also the marketing manager for the launch of the NASCAR Online Store in October of 1999.

More recently Mr. Vaughan turned his attention to online marketing for the Affinity Internet, Inc. family of companies – which owns a broad portfolio of web hosting brands. Additionally, Mr. Vaughan served as Vice President of Marketing for Aplus.Net and helped them establish a strong position in the web hosting field.

Derek Vaughan holds undergraduate degrees from both Indiana University and Purdue University, and has earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Owen School at Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Vaughan is currently a partner with TechPad Agency.
